IPO Fees

We will take a private company public with an IPO and list its stock on the NASDAQ system for $150,000 plus shares in the company. This price includes conducting the required SEC audits, preparing the SEC registration statement, producing the offering prospectus, clearing the registration statement with the SEC, preparing the NASDAQ 15c2-11 listing application, recruiting a market maker to sponsor the applicant, and clearing the NASDAQ listing for trading.

Reverse Merger Fees

We will take a private company public through a reverse merger and list its stock on the NASDAQ system for $150,000 plus shares in the company. This price includes a public shell company, conducting the required audits, legal fees for completing the reverse merger, post merger filings with the SEC, preparing and clearing a SEC registration statement, preparing a Form 15c2-11 listing application, and obtaining a NASDAQ Bulletin Board listing for the newly merged company.
